Hi! Happy Wednesday friends! Today I’m sharing some recipe ideas for St. Patty’s Day. Normally, I don’t celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. I don’t even wear green – mostly because I don’t own much, if any, green clothing. But this year, my office is having a St. Patrick’s Day pitch-in, so I needed some food ideas. Here’s my roundup – including green treats, rainbow appetizers and some traditional irish food too.

from Lil Luna
Grasshopper Pie. Pure heaven. My fellow DePauw dgs will attest to the goodness of these.

from HWTM
Little leprechaun hats made out of marshmallows – cute!
Mint chocolate chip cookies.

from Cozy Home Chronicles
Lucky Charm Bars

from Love From the Oven
Green velvet cupcakes.

from Lil Luna
Mint chocolate chip milkshake.

from Hoosier Homemade
Mini rainbow cupcakes.

from Pinterest
Here’s a healthy idea – make a fruit rainbow platter, complete with a pot of gold at the end.

from Good Life Eats
Cucumber and feta rollups.
Shamrock chips made out of Spinach tortilla wraps!

from A Taste of Home
Traditional Irish food take – mini shepherd’s pie.

from Divine Dinner Party
Shamrock Spirals – aka Spinach rollups.
Another traditional app – mini reuben sandwiches.
Green deviled eggs.

from Family Fresh Meals
A more substantial main dish – Irish stew.
How do you celebrate St. Patrick’s Day?

I don’t much celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and I don’t go to pubs or drink, but the recipes here that Perpetually Day Dreaming’s blog came up with are fantastic! Wait til you see the Irish Stew made in a crock pot!
Awesome collection you put together for me to share with my readers.
